Hi everyone- Joanne Tarzian Kathleen’s colleague and VP of Business Development here at Kathleen Wood Partners. I am stepping in for another amazing customer service shout out. This goes out to Sally Saltzbart Minier of Sweet Sally’s in New York City.
I have never met Sally in person (not yet anyway!) and have heard some wonderful things about her and her products, mostly that they are beyond dee-lish! So I decided to give it a try and order from her website-my challenge, however was that I had several gifts I wanted to order, all going to different locations, so I thought I better just pick up the phone and call the customer service number. It was in the evening so I was expecting to just leave a message and hear back from someone the following morning.
Imagine my surprise when it was Sally who called me back later the same evening to walk me through the ordering process and to guide me through the selections for the gifts. She was awesome! Needless to say, I was thrilled with the attention to detail, the “real person” on the other end of the phone and the dedication and enthusiasm for her products that Sally exemplified.
Way to go Sally and you have made me a true believer in the power of excellent customer service!
